some issues
slow servicestained carpet
I booked this hotel expecting better service, but i was disappointed. the breakfast buffet was chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed and slow to respond. i waited a long time for simple requests, like coffee refills and the omelette station was consistently understaffed. also, the room wasn't as clean as i expected. There were stains on the carpet and dust in the corners.

i was really happy about the attentive service at the reception and restaurant. my room, a beautiful room, was very spacious, providing adequate space for my needs. the breakfast buffet offered amazing varieties that catered to many tastes. the big bathroom and charming view added to my stay.
The comfort of the rooms did not match my expectations on arrival. I noticed there was no milk and biscuits.

the hotel is well situated with Malls within accessible distance by taxi. several tourist sites are also conveniently accessible by taxi, nice for easy exploration. this location makes it effortless to explore the city.

the rooms are super clean and spacious with thoughtful design. cozy bedding and modern amenities stood out. it included a VERY big bathroom with a lovely view. i found the room to be adequately luxurious.

The room had a big bathroom!!! The swimming pool was a decent size, a real plus. The hotel had several restaurants. I loved the variety. The housekeeping staff were excellent!
The breakfast service felt a little slow at times.
